HOW DO YOU IMAGE?

Start simple. Breathe deeply, in a slow steady rhythm.

For calm, see a lake, pond or pool of water with a very smooth, mirror like surface. As you breathe in, think “still”; as you breathe out, hear “calm”. The more you practice, the more quickly and fully you will be able to be and remain calm, no matter what is happening outside you. From a state of calm, you will be able to see a situation more accurately and determine a positive course of action.

HOW DO WE KNOW IMAGING WORKS?
